I’m so glad I found this company. I reached out to several different plumbing companies to get a quote. Gilbert came and was super knowledgeable and friendly. His quote beat the others and he was able to get someone to my house the very next day. Chris came on time and stayed all day to make sure the job was done. He installed a new tankless water heater and even went above and beyond to make sure everything was done, professionally and up to code. I can't thank the Rooter Company enough. All of my toilets were clogged and I called them out for a second opinion after a previous company (Next Gen) told me that there was a problem with the main line and it would cost $23k to fix everything. Phillip Ordonez came out on time, was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable and, within a few minutes, determined that nothing was wrong with the main line and that I had a simple clog from flushing too many foreign objects (thanks to our 3 kids). We had an emergency leak in our main water line at night this week, so I called The Rooter Company based on their excellent Yelp reviews and emergency services. They promptly answered the phone and immediately connected us to a technician, Ryan, to describe exactly what was going on. Ryan offered to come out immediately that night to help us since our water was turned off, but we decided to wait until the morning as it was so late in the evening. The very next morning, Ryan and Devin showed up on time as planned. Ryan accurately diagnosed the problem and gave us a couple of options on how we could proceed. We decided to do a temporary fix and would do a more permanent line replacement a bit later. Ryan and Devin worked quickly to get our water line working again. Then a few days later, Ryan, Chris, and Valentin came out to install our new water lines. Within a few hours, we had a completely new water line set up from the city water meter to the front of our house. The entire team was courteous, polite, and did an excellent, clean job. Ryan explained every single step of the process the entire way. His initial diagnosis was completely accurate and his execution of this project was seamless. He was there to answer any call or question we had from the very first time we made contact with him, no matter what time of day it was. We are so appreciative of Ryan and the whole team and will absolutely be using them again in the future for any plumbing needs. This is an honest, straightforward company and I am thankful I found them.
